We are currently looking for a person who is available to work weekdays in the evening. Part time. The job will require the following tasks to be completed. . Vacuum carpeted area Sanitize bathrooms Remove trash from all trash bins Sweep and mop hard floor areas. Kitchen cleaning. Detail areas that are requested or needed. (dusting, etc). This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Maintenance One in Stamford, Fairfield County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.

- Prep and level subfloors
- Install tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl
- Cut materials to fit around fixtures
- Grout, seal, and finish edges
- Keep work areas clean and safe
