We are seeking a Foreman to join our team! We are a small civil construction company that works in and around the Baton Rouge area. We are currently seeking a working foreman. We are also seeking an experienced operator seeking to become a foreman. Min experience is 7 years with a civil construction company. Skill requirements include but not limited to, reading plans, specs, installation of underground pipe, shooting grade, operating equipment, managing your cre. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Manchac Contractors in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.

- Assemble products to spec
- Inspect output for quality
- Meet production quotas
- Keep the line clean and organized
