About this role
Our growing wood shop with two location is need for labor. We have needs for skilled and semi-skilled wood shop labor personnel. We could use 2 to 3 cabinet builders with at least 2 years or more of working knowledge. We could also use a couple carpenters to train to do cabinetry and other wood shop labor type work. The last position is more of a semi-skilled position doing finishing and staining. If you have any similar working knowledge please forward resume. \. This is a carpentry opportunity with Dedicated Staffing in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
