Hardworking, reliable maintenance technician? and General Maintenance including patching drywall, sanding, Assist with basic plumbing (unclogging with light landscaping, mowing, and including replacing HVAC air filters, a valid driver’ s license, a clean driving record. This is a plumbing opportunity with Oak Properties LLC in Chattanooga, TN. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
