Apartment Complex Maintenance Technician REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor STATUS : Temp-to-perm JOB OVERVIEW: Full Time Contract Maintenance Tech. Client would like to hire permanently, which is available anytime after 90 days. Location: Albuquerque (NE Heights) Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 – 5 (until hired perm). You MUST work this full schedule to retain the position. General Maintenance Paint Plumbing Electrical Property Grounds / Pick-up Maintain Maintenance. This is a electrical opportunity with BESTstaff, Inc in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
