A Director of Maintenance & Facilities to Partner with the General Manager and renovation and construction projects.Develop budgets.Monitor labor, utilities, repair limited to: HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, boilers projects.Valid driver' s license with. This is a electrical opportunity with The Clyde Hotel in Albuquerque, NM. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
