We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Make beds and change linens and towels. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas. Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and room supplies. Empty trash and replace liners. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to management. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within established timeframes. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. You will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, and supervising repairs. As the landscaper, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks. Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties. Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth. Take out weeds and dead plants. Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves. Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth. Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs. Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways. Advise clients on how to look after the landscape. Coordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client's expectations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers. Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance. High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good stamina and physical health.
Concrete Finisher We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate can safely place, level, smooth, finish, and repair concrete for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete Set forms and prepare work areas before pouring Use screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and power-finishing equipment Create broom, smooth, stamped, or other specified finishes Install and finish sidewalks, driveways, patios, slabs, curbs, and foundations Cut control joints and apply curing or sealing materials Repair damaged or uneven concrete Follow project specifications and supervisor instructions Maintain tools and keep the jobsite clean and safe Work efficiently with laborers, equipment operators, and other crew members Qualifications Previous concrete-finishing experience preferred Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques Ability to read measurements and follow basic plans Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment Able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Must follow all jobsite safety requirements Work Conditions This position involves standing, kneeling, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
