Hiring Experienced General Day Laborers

We are looking for 1-3 dependable, hardworking general laborers to join our construction team for ongoing, long-term work. Job Locations: Sacramento, Bay Area, and Oregon. Experience: Previous general labor or construction experience required. Job Responsibilities: General construction and job-site labor. Loading, unloading, and moving materials. Job-site cleanup and debris removal. Assisting construction crews with various projects. Preparing work areas and organizing materials. Performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday such as digging trenches, building, painting, and various handyman tasks. Following directions and maintaining a safe work environment. What We Are Looking For: Strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard. Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance. Physically capable of performing demanding job duties. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation and occasional travel.
