Welder and Fabricator This role focuses on welding and fabricating components in a dedicated miscellaneous shop that produces handrails, ladders, cages, and similar structural items. You will set up and operate welding equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure high-quality welds on steel components, including material up to 1 inch thick. Responsibilities Set up welding machines and adjust temperature and settings based on product requirements and material thickness. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Aerotek in Fargo, Cass County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
