Mancan Staffing is seeking Mig Welders for a company in Mansfield, Ohio. Hours: 5:30am - 4:00pm Monday-Thursday OT on Friday Must be willing to work 10 hours days Duties: Mig Welding Tig Welding Aluminum/Steel Fabricating Saw Operating Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others. Must have the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks. Must be cooperative, a team orientated person Must be able to stand for long periods of time Hig. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Mancan in Ashland, Ashland County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
