About this role
Warehouse Operator Pay: $26.15per hour plus Shift Differential: $1 per hour Hiring Bonus: 3% Annual Merit Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:30 PM to 11PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Land O'Lakes in Fort Worth, Tarrant County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
