Warehouse Lead Reports To: General Manager Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Supervisory Responsibility: Yes Employment Type: Full-time Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility for weekends as needed Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00/hour Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications in line with company pay practices. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, inc. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Collision Auto Parts in Santa Fe Springs, Los Angeles County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
