About this role
We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping HVAC products while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate has Forklift experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy Load an. This is a HVAC opportunity with Labor Solutions, LLC in Louisville, Jefferson County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
