About this role

The Vice President of Operations, Commercial Roofing oversees the organization's ongoing roofing operations, procedures and processes, sales, and is responsible for the efficiency of all commercial roofing business and development. We are looking for an experienced VP of Operations to oversee the company’s ongoing commercial roofing operations, sales, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a willingness to get into the weeds, and a recor. This is a construction opportunity with Professional Staffing Ventures in Fairfield, Solano County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
