Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de aire acondicionado minisplit. Diagnóstico de fallas, revisión de presiones, cargas de gas refrigerante y pruebas de funcionamiento. Instalación de equipos, ductería y puesta en marcha. Mantenimiento general electricidad básica, plomería ligera, pintura, iluminación, mobiliario y sanitarios. Registro de actividades en bitácoras y elaboracion de reportes. Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y procedimientos internos. Traslado a diferentes.
