About this role
Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls. Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis Perform repairs and facility support tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs. Per. This is a HVAC opportunity with Medline in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
