About this role
Precision Industrial Contractors (PIC) is seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our growing industrial construction team. Structural Welders fabricate and weld structural steel components used in commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position with project assignments throughout the United States. Travel is required, and job site locations vary based on project workload. PIC offers competitive wages,. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
