Section I: Brief Summary of the Job Under the supervision of the Street/Parks Supervisor, Maintenance Worker I is a non-exempt position under FLSA which performs manual labor for the department. This employee completes a variety of service, construction and/or maintenance tasks which result in or contribute to the comfort, convenience, health, or safety of all citizens. This is accomplished by constructing or maintaining streets, alleyways, sidewalks or similar areas; maintaining medians and ri. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with The City of Spring Hill Kansas in Spring Hill, Hernando County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
