Position Summary The Cabinet Shop Countertop Fabricator / Countertop Technician is responsible for preparing, fabricating, assembling, and finishing countertop components accurately and efficiently using shop drawings, cut lists, tools, adhesives, hardware, and related shop equipment. This role helps ensure that countertops and related components are built according to production standards, quality expectations, and scheduling priorities. The ideal candidate has. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Create More Space in Spring Hill, Hernando County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
