Senior Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Onsite Monday–Friday | Limited On-Call Rotation We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Senior Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our properties running smoothly while delivering a great experience for residents. If you like hands-on work, variety in your day, and being part of a supportive team then you’ll want to take a look. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Bluestone Property Management in Omaha, Douglas County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
