Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour Spot Welding Facility in Warren, MI seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Production Operators 10 HOUR SHIFTS & WEEKLY PAY SHIFT TIME AND PAY: 1st Shift: 6:30am to 5:00pm ($14/hr.) 2nd Shift: 5:30pm to 3:30am ($14.50/hr.) Must be open to overtime and weekends! Must be able to pass a drug and background check prior to starting Spot Welding/Press Operator experience is required for this position. Must be able to lift up to 30 poun. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with S A Solutions in Warren, Macomb County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
