Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Spot Welder to join our manufacturing team. The Spot Welder will be responsible for using specialized welding equipment to join metal components together through the spot welding process. Spot welding involves creating localized welds by applying pressure and electrical current to form a strong bond between metal surfaces. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of spot welding principles, be able to operate spot welding machines effec. This is a electrical opportunity with IFab Corporation in Gastonia, Gaston County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
