Perform a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and light construction duties across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Maintain safety standards, inspect building systems, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project. Company vehicle and gas provided. Key Responsibilities General Repairs: Fix damaged drywall, repair doors/locks, patch trim work, and perform light carpentry adjustments. Basic Plumbing: Clear drain clogs, replace fau. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
