About this role
Position Summary Dietzler Companies is a heavy civil general contractor and sand aggregates producer operating throughout Colorado and Wyoming with an emphasis on bridge, dam, and water utility projects. The laborer will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks in support of workers on the construction or sand depot sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Strong knowledge of construction equipment and techniques. Mu. This is a construction opportunity with Dietzler Construction Corp in Golden, Jefferson County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
