About this role
Essel is seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team on various commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality work. Key Responsibilities: Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Assist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction act. This is a carpentry opportunity with Essel in Murrieta, Riverside County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
