Pay Rate : $30-$35/hr. Location: Stafford, Tx 77477 (Southwest Houston) The Shop Foreman will oversee daily operations for a sheet metal and HVAC fabrication shop. This hands-on leadership role requires a well-rounded professional who can manage workflow, support multiple departments, lead shop personnel, maintain quality standards, and step in wherever needed to keep production moving. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations, pr oduction. This is a HVAC opportunity with Ameritech Staffing, Inc. in Stafford, Fort Bend County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
