Upchurch is seeking a Sheetmetal Foreman to lead field crews on specialized construction and technical projects. In this role, you will plan and oversee sheet metal fabrication and installation, interpret drawings, coordinate materials and labor, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will work closely with project managers and clients, enforce safety and quality standards, and provide hands-on support in complex installations. This position offers the opportunity. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Upchurch in Highland Park, Dallas. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
