Position Description Under the direction of the Service Maintenance Manager, the Service Technician II is responsible for promptly responding to all service requests, apartment turnover pre. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with The Community Builders in Westport, Bristol County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
