Senior HVAC TechnicianAs a Senior HVAC Technician routine maintenance, inspections, and for minor repairs ( plumbing, electrical, HVAC, AppliancesStrong painting, drywall, and finishing : Valid driver' s license and reliable Leave: PTO after 90 days; parental leave availableRetirement. This is a electrical opportunity with Polizos Properties LLC in Norfolk, VA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
