Commercial Roofing Estimator A reputable commercial roofing company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable inspecting, bidding, and selling roofs. Strong communication skills and a passion for roofing are necessary for the position. Commercial Roofing Estimator Qualifications: 3 years of commercial roofing and/or construction experience Experience with Sales is a plus. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings. This is a construction opportunity with Gpac in Jonesboro, Craighead County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
