Walk to State is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team! You will be responsible for completing repairs based on work orders received; communicating with tenants and co-workers via phone, text, and email; tracking time, costs, and materials used; accurately documenting actions taken with photos and written summaries; as well as other related tasks. Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency repairs on equipment, fixtu. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Walk to State LLC in Raleigh, Wake County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
