A-1 Mechanical is on the lookout for skilled Residential New Construction HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in installation of HVAC systems and their required accessories, demonstrating expertise in quality standards and mechanical code requirements.Key Responsibilities:With proper training, you will be able to perform installation of HVAC equipment, gas piping, flex and sheet metal duct systems, copper refrigera. This is a HVAC opportunity with A-1 Mechanical of Michigan LLC. in Grand Rapids, Kent County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
