Schochet is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. Bay View Estates is a 130 market rate apartment community located in Portsmouth, RI. The Maintenance Technician must have prior experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and unit turnover procedures. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Completion of all types of work orders from residents. • General daily upkeep of the property • Completion of all resident apartment turn over tas. This is a electrical opportunity with The Schochet Companies in Portsmouth, Newport County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
