Residential Maintenance Technician
About this role
Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the apartment community. Performs apartment unit turns, including preparing vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, painting, cleaning, and inspections. Troubleshoots and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues in occupied and vacant units. Completes work orders in a timely manner, performs preventive maintenan. This is a electrical opportunity with Eagle PMC in Garden Grove, Orange County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
