We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in California that works on many of California’s biggest and best HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest HVAC/Plumbing Estimator’s in the near future. Responsibilities: Project document control. Read AutoCAD Drawings. Prepare mechanical estimate take-offs. Look for value engineering opportunities. Estimating projects and major buyout of projects. Visit with. This is a plumbing opportunity with Gulfstream Strategic Placements in Garden Grove, Orange County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
