Empresa constructora busca Ingeniero Civil o Arquitecto para la vacante de Residente Técnico de Obra, para gestionar toda la información, documentación y llevar a cabo la administración técnica de obra en oficina central. Actividades a realizar Apoyo en la elaboración y seguimiento a programas de obra. Integrar y controlar los expedientes técnicos y administrativos de los proyectos. Elaboración de estimaciones y generadores. Revisar planos, especificaciones y catálogos de conceptos. Ap. This is a construction opportunity with Aiscor in Hermosillo, Sonora. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
