Responsabilidades principales Supervisar diariamente los trabajos realizados en obra. Coordinar personal, contratistas, proveedores y actividades en sitio. Verificar que los trabajos se ejecuten conforme a planos, alcances y especificaciones. Dar seguimiento al programa de obra y cumplimiento de fechas de entrega. Controlar avances físicos, incidencias y pendientes del proyecto. Elaborar reportes de avance y evidencia fotográfica. Revisar cantidades ejecutadas para estimaciones de obra. Solic. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
