About this role
What You Will Do Regional Facilities & Serviced Office Management Manage day-to-day operations for regional offices (with a focus on San Mateo), including serviced offices, leased spaces, and any flexible workspace solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, serviced office providers, property managers, and key vendors, ensuring performance against SLAs and contractual obligations. Oversee building systems and maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, access cont. This is a electrical opportunity with Guidewire Software, Inc. in San Mateo, San Mateo County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
