Maintenance Technician Omaha Metro, NE | Full-Time, W-2 | Excel Management is hiring an experienced maintenance technician to join our team in the Omaha metro. You'll be the primary technician for four communities in the metro and will also cover two smaller communities on a twice-monthly travel schedule. You'll report to the Maintenance director and work alongside our property teams to keep homes safe, functional, and ready for residents. Coverage Area Primary (Omaha Metro): Shannon Heights, G. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Excel Management in Omaha, Douglas County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
