POAH Communities seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to support safe, well-maintained affordable housing in our Real Estate, Facilities & Maintenance team. This role completes work orders, troubleshoots repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on apartments, building systems, and grounds. The technician partners with site staff to support resident-focused, mission-driven service while ensuring code compliance, safety, and unit readiness. What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
