Allied Roofing & Construction PROJECT MANAGER Residential Roofing & Exterior Construction Northern New Jersey | $80K-$100K Total Earning Potential | Monthly Performance Pay | Company Vehicle | Real Career Growth Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated capability, plus monthly performance pay and additional incentive opportunities. Full-Time, W-2 | Based in Lodi, NJ | Field-Based Throughout Northern New Jersey OWN THE PROJEC. This is a construction opportunity with Allied Roofing & Construction in Lodi, Bergen County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
