About this role
This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing progressive stamping dies used in high-precision manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tool and die practices, machining capabilities, carbide tool sharpening, and surface grinding, along with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on progressive stamping dies to ensure optimal performa. This is a events and setup opportunity with Franklin Electric in Linares, Nuevo León. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
