POSITION TITLE (Oracle title) MECHANIC WORKING TITLE Mechanic II SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT Transportation LOCATION Rock Quarry Rd. Office Complex, Raleigh, NC PAY GRADE Noncertified Grade 23 FLSA STATUS Nonexempt ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT No WORK WEEK SCHEDULE Monday-Friday (occasional evenings or weekends) POSITION PURPOSE: Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on school bus and service vehicles’ GPS tracking systems, video recording systems, and other onboard technolo. This is a events and setup opportunity with Wake County Public School System in Cary, Wake County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
