Reporting to the Chief Maintenance Engineer, this role is essential to ensure that our buildings function smoothly, safely, and efficient. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Lundy Management Group, LLC in Cary, Wake County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
