About this role
Job Purpose Provide organization and technical expertise to install commercial plumbing (HVAC systems) service for the project in accordance with the contract documents. Direct workflow consistent with schedule, communicate priorities to the field crew and our subcontractors. Provide leadership by studying contract documents, shop drawings, submittals and schedule to ensure proper means and methods are employed to accomplish the work on time in a safe and quality manner. Share respo. This is a plumbing opportunity with Ivey Mechanical in Fayetteville, Cumberland County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
