About this role
CoolSys is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects within our Construction – Skilled Labor team. You’ll supervise field crews, coordinate with GCs and other trades, interpret plans and codes, and ensure safe, high‑quality installation of plumbing systems that integrate with advanced HVAC‑R and energy solutions. In this hands-on role, you’ll mentor technicians, manage materials and schedules, and help deliver reliable, efficient systems that support our customers’ mission. This is a plumbing opportunity with CoolSys in Reston, Fairfax County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
