Part-Time Maintenance Technician
About this role
The Hallmark Company is currently hiring for a dynamic Part-Time Maintenance Technician that is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance of all apartment equipment including appliances, elementary electrical systems, and plumbing. Maintains and improves operating condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems and building appearances. Must have own tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems. This is a electrical opportunity with Hallmark Management in Riverside, Colquitt County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
