POSITION TITLE: Parks Maintenance Worker I. JOB LOCATION: City Maintenance Facility. City of Zephyrhills. SALARY RANGE: Parks Maintenance Worker I Starting Salary: $32,760.00/ $15.75/hr. Pay Grade Z-151 Non-Exempt / Mandatory Testing FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT STATUS: Applicable. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED. Ability to understand and follow oral/written instructions and work well with the public and co-workers. Applicants must be able to lift heavy objects, walk over rough. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with City of Zephyrhills in Zephyrhills, Pasco County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
