Painter Team Lead As a Painter Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 5 painters, manage and supervise painting activities, and ensure high-quality work in the preparation, painting, foaming, and finishing of HVAC systems and components. Responsibilities Manage, supervise, coach, and train painters. Oversee the preparation, painting, foaming, and finishing of HVAC systems and components, ensuring high-quality work. Design and develop pai. This is a HVAC opportunity with Aerotek in Mesa, Maricopa County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
