About this role
Industrial Painter The Painter oversees the preparation, painting, foaming, and finishing of HVAC systems and components, ensuring high-quality, durable results in an industrial environment. This role designs and implements painting systems and procedures for HVAC projects, selects appropriate coatings for various materials and conditions, and performs complex painting tasks while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The 1st shift is Monday through Friday. This is a HVAC opportunity with Aerotek in Mesa, Maricopa County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
